local projects in the community. MAA offers

projects totaling well over $100
million in total construction budgets. MAA assisted in
several LEED certified projects this year. We are experts at green site
technologies and in providing native / low maintenance solutions to our
projects.
The firm is
starting on our 7th successful year now and we are excited to have been located
in the Kansas
City area that continues to grow and prosper. MAA provides assistance with all aspects that require
land/site planning, landscape and hardscape
design. Our intensive planning and site design capabilities have helped
our Clients achieve thriving projects. With capable business knowledge and
professional experience, the firm is making sound decisions as a small
company. We have successfully completed over 250 projects. The
company is passionate about getting the job done right, on schedule and within
the established budget. Additionally, Mr. Ashley has been in the
profession for over sixteen years and has worked in many areas of the
United
States. Mike brings experience and
knowledge to differing project types and scales and provides a foundation of
design expertise to solve tough site issues.
MAA’s company philosophy is to
communicate effectively with each Client, provide sound ideas, and a
personable service approach. Whether choosing a site, creating a
proper budget or providing site / landscape specific design, we have the
experience for success. MAA is
leading the efforts in Kansas
City with regards to bioswales, rain garden commercial design and roof
gardens. The firm also promotes mixed use land planning, LEED projects of all types, and trail / amenity /
parkway designs and high end multi-family and residential projects.
